Communication is a science in itself. It can be verbal or nonverbal. I think the most interesting difference between the two is that when we speak (verbal communication), we are conscious that we're sending a message and we are conscious of what we are saying. On the other hand, we send non-verbal messages all day long subconsciously as if we were revealing a part of our personality and our way of life and thinking without knowing it. These signals depend on many parameters, it can be one's culture, one's sex or even one's social class.
However, some signals are very easy to understand and most people have enough intuition to catch them, interpret them and understand them but others, only body language specialists or those gossip guys who spend their life watching human beings and sneaking into their lives can understand them.
The main objective of this blog is to make the reader understand some of the basic principles of non-verbal communication analysis and to show how such an art is used in everyday life by giving and studying examples.
Soon you'll walk on the street and see people in a different way...
